Laureen radiates compassion. She can hold the space open for the most difficult
subjects and yet provide humor and levity when called for. I love her infectious
laugh and value her thoughtful feedback.

I needed a counselor , had never done it before so looked up google. Hopeful Horizons
Counseling came up but had some bad google reviews. After research I noticed that
Laureen had been in practice almost 20 years, so who wouldn’t have some negative reviews
I thought. Also, it seemed to me that most of the negative reviews seemed like something
that had not< really happened. I decided to give her a call to see if I could get an
appointment. I’m so glad I did. Laureen helped me to believe and trust in myself again.
She has changed my life with her guidance with my thoughts. Call her, you will be so happy you did.

I have lived with BPD in shame, humiliation, and embarrassment and chased out every person
in my life not knowing that paranoid thoughts and distrust was destroying my life. I was on
a course of isolation, loneliness, and depression if I didn’t do something. I had heard
great things about Laureen so I decided to give her a try, nothing to lose right. I ‘m so
happy to have met Laureen. She has changed my life; with her I have learned to trust in
others but more importantly I have learned to believe in myself. She is truly a blessing.
